training in school. had my favourite before match food - KINDER BRUNEO (:

2 rounds cross country. timing must be less than 25mins. my timing was 20.33mins. i hate running!!!!!!!!

and so did some dribblings, fastbreak, free throw, 3on3, pivoting......and of course many runnings! due to our really low free throw percentage.

training is getting tougher and tougher. theres many times when i really wanted to fall out today, but somehow i manage to endure till the end. i really wonder how much more can i take. haiSssx

down to my grandma house after training. the food was d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s. crabs, sharkfins, duck, chicken. hehehehs. i ate many crabs! high in ?cholestrol? i just dont understand. why am i so eager to gain weight and fats while peirong and accompany are damn eager to lose weight. hahahahas -.-

alright, meeting jieying and accompany 7.50AM at woodlands. argh, i seriously need more sleep time! oh, and tml is doom day with teams like quan fong, ahmad ibrahim, saints. GOD BLESS (:
