ended, rush down for homeu training, slept during the longgg journey. training started at 5 but i reached at 6plus.

reached, ran 2.4 on threadmill, wasnt feeling good, head was spinning, and sweating like mad. physical stuff in the gym, pumping, crunches, stactic hold, squats, half squats, flying fish. omg, my leg was super stiff admist of doing the squats. my leg nearly became cripple -.- tiring! did 2 sets for all.

ended. stayed in the gym with sohhwee, weena, kaisin.

oh and sohhwee and me were damn retard! someone suggested of night cycling. so sohhwee was sitting and cycling on this gym machine. i join in and ask someone to switch off the light, therefore tada, NIGHT CYCLING. and both of us cycle and cycle, imitating those pro biker. swaying left and right. hehs. so self entertaining pls (:
