training was HELLISH ! after 543564574734 weeks of no training .
ran 2 rounds cross country as a team .
played 'catching' , debra the catcher , shes suppose to dribble the ball and go around catching us .
coach micheal gave a time limit of 5mins but within 1min+ , all was caught . hahs .

ended with foul shot , didnt hit expectation , chiong to the end line , huabu across , back paddle back , jump and touch net . did this 7 times and training ended .
