training at homeunited , loads did not went , due to some coaching courses .


run 10 rounds , ball handling layup , 2 person layup 2-on-1 , 4 chuan 3-on-2 . run 9 suicide , after 1 suicide we had to shoot 2 points , 6 balls have to be in to minus 1 suicide . but all the 2 points didnt reach 6 balls , so run 5-6 suicide , coach shoot 3 balls , if one never in then we no need to run , if 3 balls in then continue running , i think coach fang shui . thanks coach (: did ball drills forward and backward ....


training ended , was actually gonna da dui but me xuejun kaisin jeslyn sat down and hear sj play the guitar , proguitarist ! she played wake me up when semptember ends , qing tian .. so on . and she taught xuejun , learn something , DOWN UP DOWN UP UP UP DOWN UP DOWN ! hee , you know i know can le (: and sj compose a song for kaisin , something like this , kaisin .. shi ge zhu .. blahs blahs . LOLS . took group photo and went to shower , while waiting for kaisin and accompany , i shoot balls and find it weird why they took so long , so went boys toilet to look for them , and there they are taking photo of themselves unrinating on the boys toilet stand ? and it was hilarous lars . sj zip open her zip and take .


took mrt back with shuting and we was sleeping and szeying suddenly call and i jerk up , people was like staring at me . MALU !! she call to say she saw that someone at queensway , oh ok , thanks anyway ((:


i dreamt of something really sweet yesterday night , i wish to hold on to that dream , but it was so unrealistic . but its good enough to at least dreamt of it . THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES ((:
