had training just now . today `s training kinda slack . never run 5k cause drizzling . then coach teach us san er lian fang . yuups and wie shoot fai qiu . nothing much today . the list of people who gort into team ish out . sec two all in , then lingrong , xinhui , vanessa and wei qian lors . mr yeoh and miss lim gave us a small gift . ish mickey towel , beri cute . i took the dark blue colour de . so sweet . thankiew cher . mr yeoh say they maybe planning going hongkong . the b boys also going but for the girls he dunno yet , he say see first . hahas . actually tomolo going out with charmoo , fe and clare de but today they say gort self training tomolo then have to go town later lors . sians arhs . but no choice , tomolo last training before tuesday match . gotta buck up . jia you ! seven days left .
