had self training today . yuups . the weather darn hot . was sweating non-stop . the deformed family all tie their hairs up . woa . hahas . train alot of things today , like fast break , shooting , two on one . blahs blahs blahs . beri tired but the feeling was shiok . hahas . then i found a insect on the floor , upside down and spinning non stop . debra say its was a houseflies . hahas . was it ? and she darn cruel wanna let the houseflies struggle to death . omg , then they wanted to hit it with the ball but in the end never . i think when wie do the fastbreak that time , someone accidently stepped on it ? poor fly ! hahas .
